In 1992, RE/MAX became the official real estate sponsor for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH). Since that time, RE/MAX has generated over $107 million in total contributions through the Miracle Home Program and various events sponsored by RE/MAX of New Jersey Offices and Associates. The Miracle Home Program, implemented in 1992, allows Associate to pledge a specific dollar amount from each transaction to be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Each dollar raised through the program stays in the local community. In addition to the Miracle Home Program, RE/MAX Offices and Agents throughout the state of New Jersey sponsor charity events to benefit CMNH including golf outings, galas, RE/MAX hot air balloon rides and other fundraisers. Donations and contributions from RE/MAX Associates in Southern New Jersey benefit the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and donations from RE/MAX Associates in Central and Northern New Jersey benefit the Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick.

 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

 

In 2009, after six years as co-sponsor of the Breast Cancer Survivor Recognition Program, RE/MAX became a National Sponsor of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® Series. RE/MAX is proud to be the exclusive real estate sponsor of the Komen Race for the Cure® Series. The Komen Race for the Cure® is the largest series of 5k runs/fitness walks in the world, and proceeds help fund important breast cancer research as well as health initiatives at the local level. Together with its Affiliate Network, corporate partners and various donors, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure has invested more than $1.9 billion for research, education, screening and treatment since 1982. 

Here in New Jersey, RE/MAX participates with two local affiliates during their races to continue to raise awareness and support for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  The North Jersey Affiliate holds their race in the spring and the Central & South Jersey Affiliate holds their race in the fall. Seventy-five percent of the proceeds from these, Race for the Cure series remain in the local community where the race is held, helping to support breast health education, cancer screening, and treatment programs.

 RE/MAX of New Jersey Regional Hot Air Balloon Program

 

The RE/MAX balloon has become one of the most recognizable brand icons in the world. Since its debut in 1978, the RE/MAX balloon has made thousands of appearances at ballooning festivals, sporting events, and charitable functions around the globe. Each year in New Jersey, the RE/MAX of New Jersey Hot Air Balloon Program participates in dozens of events throughout the state. In addition to balloon flights, the Hot Air Balloon Team performs ground tethered events and various cold air services. The seven-story tall RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon also appears in two major hot air balloon festivals in the state each year.
